The deal-flow problem nobody talks about. And how we fixed it.

Let me tell you about a Tuesday morning I'll never forget. I was deep in a spreadsheet (one of about six I was juggling) trying to figure out which brands were actively spending on creator partnerships that week. I had 23 tabs open. My DMs were a graveyard of cold pitches that went nowhere. And I was charging clients a premium rate to deliver results I wasn't sure I could find fast enough.

That's when I had the thought that eventually became Scout24: talent managers shouldn't be spending their best hours hunting for opportunities. They should be spending them winning them.

"The manager who sees the brief first, and pitches the right creator, wins. Full stop."

I've spent years in the creator economy, watching agencies outpace each other not because they had better talent, but because they had better information, faster. The advantage isn't always the roster. It's timing and precision. Scout24 is the infrastructure I wish I'd had.

The real problem with how talent management works today

Here's what most talent managers are actually doing to find brand deals: checking LinkedIn, scraping Twitter for brand announcements, lurking in Slack communities, and fielding forwarded emails from creators who saw something somewhere. Then comes the cold DM to a brand contact they maybe met at a conference once.

It works. Sometimes. Slowly. And it doesn't scale.

  • By the time you hear about a campaign, the shortlist is already forming.
  • You're pitching into the void with no idea if the brief is still open.
  • You have no way to know which brands in your niche are actively spending right now.
  • Matching your roster to opportunities requires manually cross-referencing multiple docs.
  • You track pitch status across email threads, notes apps, and memory.

That's not a workflow. That's a gamble. And it's the gamble that separates good managers from great ones, simply because of access to information.

What Scout24 actually does

Scout24 is a live deal-flow terminal built specifically for the creator economy. Think of it as the Bloomberg terminal for talent managers: one place where active brand briefs, pre-brief signals, and market intelligence flow in daily, filtered to your roster, your niches, your regions.

Every day at midnight ET, a new drop of live campaigns hits the feed. Each brief shows you the brand, the category, the niche, the budget tier, the follower requirements, the timeline, and (critically) a pitch angle. You see urgency signals: whether a brief is brand new, closing soon, or already forming a shortlist.

The Scout24 Standard

If a paid creator opportunity exists somewhere on the internet, our team finds it. If it's not on Scout24, it's not anywhere.

The Signal Feed is the unfair advantage

Most deal-flow tools show you what's already public. By that point, you're competing with everyone else who saw the same post. The Signal Feed is different. It surfaces brand-level activity (a brand hiring a social media director, ramping ad spend, attending creator events) and translates that into a structured opportunity signal with a confidence score and a "why now" explanation.

Example signal

A DTC wellness brand you track just brought on a Head of Creator Partnerships and increased their influencer spend 40% quarter-over-quarter. Confidence: 87. Pitch angle: lean into product education content, not lifestyle. Why now: their Q3 campaign window opens in three weeks.

That's not noise. That's intelligence. And acting on it means you're in the brand's inbox with a relevant pitch before the brief is published. That's a different conversation entirely.
