2. The Service
Scout24 provides brand intent signals, campaign briefs, and AI-assisted insights to talent managers and creators. We do not guarantee any specific deal, response, or outcome from brands featured on the platform.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Subscriptions & Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) scrape, resell, or redistribute Scout24 data; (b) use the Service to send spam or unlawful communications; (c) reverse engineer the platform; or (d) misuse contact details surfaced through the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and trademarks on the Service are owned by Scout24 or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.
7. Disclaimer & Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scout24 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
