How to redeem your Scout24 access code

Access codes unlock Scout24 Premium without going through checkout. They're usually handed out to early-access users, partners, and members of the Scout24 team. If someone sent you a code and you can't see where to type it in, this is the 30-second walkthrough.

Step-by-step

1. Sign in to your Scout24 account.
2. Open the Upgrade page from the sidebar — or go directly to /app/upgrade.
3. Scroll to the Premium card on the right.
4. Click the small "Have an access code?" link just below the Upgrade — $49/mo button.
5. Paste your code (it auto-uppercases) and press Redeem.
6. Premium unlocks instantly and you'll be sent into the main app.

Troubleshooting

• Code rejected? Check for typos and trailing spaces. Codes are also environment-specific — a sandbox code won't work on the live site and vice versa.
• Sent to login? You need to be signed in to redeem. You'll be brought back to the Upgrade page after sign-in.
• Already on Premium? The access-code field is hidden — there's nothing more to do.
• Still stuck? Reach out to the team and we'll redeem it on your account directly.
